As a stay at home mom, I am blessed to have the time to write. Most weeks I still need to force myself to seek solitude to put my thoughts into words. Kids and grandchildren still keep me quite busy. Our house is hectic and even chaotic at times, but prioritizing spending time with God and being in The Word saves me from myself on a daily basis! The trials of addiction, divorce, sin, and abandonment pepper my life, but because of Christ, I am still standing. It is my intent to continue to heal by facing the demons that I have tucked away for so long. My past can define me or refine me. I choose the latter.

Writing has always been part of who I am. The ability to put my feelings into words has helped me to heal from heartaches, disappointments, and immense grief . As I grow in faith, I am learning to accept, and even love, the person God has created me to be. I am a forgiven servant of the one true God, and I strive to bring Him glory in all that I say and do. I love to serve the Lord! I hope to set an example that draws others to love and serve Him, too. The love I have for my family, my friends, and everyone I meet is simply an overflow of love that Christ abundantly poured out on me!  I can't help but be joyful!  He is the redeemer of my past, the promise in my present, and the hope for my future. Thanks for joining me on this journey of acknowledging His presence in all things, great and small. He is in it all!

2024 was a busy year! I self-published two books! "I Love Your Guts" is one for the kiddos and "Momming (is) Hard" is for hard working moms and women of any age. ( click on the "available books" tab or on the buttons below) Both address the need for each of us to recognize our true identities in Christ. We need to be reminded of the truth that we are created in God's image for His glory. We are His masterpieces, created for His purposes. I pray these books drive home the truth that you are worthy in the only eyes that matter; the eyes of your Redeemer, Jesus Christ. You are loved and treasured!
